Welcome to Bla Bla Studios. These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through blablastudios.com.
By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Return Policy, Pre-Information Form and Distance Sales Agreement, where applicable.
ORDERS
All orders are subject to product availability and successful payment authorization.
Once an order has been placed, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Bla Bla Studios reserves the right to cancel an order in cases including payment failure, pricing or technical errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or product unavailability. If payment has already been received for an order that cannot be fulfilled, the applicable amount will be refunded.
PRICES & PAYMENT
Product prices and available payment methods are displayed on the website and at checkout.
The total amount payable, including any applicable delivery charges, will be displayed before the order is completed.
All payments are processed securely through the payment methods available at checkout.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders are prepared for delivery within approximately 5–7 business days unless otherwise stated on the relevant product page.
Pre-order, personalized or custom-made products may have different preparation and delivery times. Where applicable, these will be communicated separately.
Shipping fees vary depending on the delivery destination and are displayed or communicated as part of the ordering process.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
Eligible standard products may be returned in accordance with the applicable statutory right of withdrawal.
Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions and exceptions set out in our Refund & Return Policy and applicable consumer legislation.
Eligible standard products may also be requested for exchange within 14 days of delivery.
PERSONALIZED & CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTS
Products made or altered according to the customer's specifications or personal requirements, including rings produced or adjusted to a specific size, may fall within the statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal and are therefore not eligible for return or exchange where such exception applies.
This does not affect the customer's statutory rights regarding defective or non-conforming products.
HANDMADE PRODUCTS
Bla Bla Studios pieces may include handmade and hand-finished elements.
Slight variations in color, texture, form or finish may naturally occur as a result of the production process. These variations form part of the individual character of each piece and do not necessarily constitute a defect.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices and other information displayed on the website are accurate.
However, colors may appear differently depending on screen and device settings. Minor variations may also occur in handmade products.
WARRANTY & DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
Bla Bla Studios products are covered by the applicable statutory warranty period. Our products are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, impact, improper storage, exposure to chemicals, normal wear and tear or unauthorized alterations.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits the consumer's statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content available on blablastudios.com, including designs, photographs, images, graphics, logos, text and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Bla Bla Studios and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Such content may not be reproduced, distributed or commercially used without prior authorization.
PRIVACY
Personal data collected through the website is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.
